To many starches are the reason a lot of people
gain weight. Without enough exercise to burn
these starches will be converted to fat.
Starches to avoid or at least eat small amounts
early in the day.
White flour ( pasta,breads,cookies,cakes,etc.)
white rice,potatoes,corn. Eat very little of these
foods and the fat will fly off.
